TRUMP RETRIBUTION Gives Prosecutor Sleepless Nights

Run little piggy, run.

The so called 'special prosecutor' who brought two of the ‘criminal charges against Donald Trump has unexpectedly dropped the cases but experts warn that this probably won’t save them from prosecution themselves once Donald Trump get’s into office.

Special counsel Jack Smith had been heading two spurious charges that accused Mr Trump of trying to ‘overturn’ the 2020 election when he attempted to investigate election fraud together with ‘improper storage of classified documents Trump which prompted the FBI raid on Trumps home, staged in front of network cameras, in 2021.

Now, the cases have been dropped, with Jack Smith reportedly concerned that he faces arrest and prosecution now that the boot is very much on he other foot.

In new documents filed on Monday, Mr Smith said the cases should be closed because of “a Justice Department policy that bans the prosecution of a sitting president.”  However, Smith has privately been expressing concern that Trump will ‘come after’ him and that he may find himself prosecuted and Jailed in 2025.

In a feeble climb down Smith announced that the cases would be dropped on a technicality,   enabling him to save face whilst still maintaining that Trump is guilty of the trumped-up charges he brought.  Smith said:

“It has long been the position of the Department of Justice that the United States Constitution forbids the federal indictment and subsequent criminal prosecution of a sitting President,”

“This outcome is not based on the merits or strength of the case against the defendant,”

A judge must sign off both decisions for them to be officially dismissed.  But Smith requested both cases be dismissed "without prejudice", meaning the charges could be refiled after Trump finishes his second term.

In a statement, Trump’s team said the move to end the cases was “a major victory for the rule of law”.

“The American People re-elected President Trump with an overwhelming mandate to Make America Great Again,” said Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung. “The American People and President Trump want an immediate end to the political weaponisation of our justice system and we look forward to uniting our country.”

Trump had pledged to get rid of Smith as soon as he took office. Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Smith in 2022 to take over the two federal investigations into Trump’s alleged conduct.

Sleepless Nights

Smith has reportedly said he plans to ‘step down’ next year, but if he Is still in office by January 7th 2025 he’ll be sacked anyway.   Trumps team are privately drawing up plans to bring prosecutions against all of those who attempted to sabotage his campaign.   All the fake prosecutors, FBI agents, and Judges,  who conspired to stop Trump are about to get a very rude awakening.     Jack Smith is reportedly one of those on that hit list.  Since Trump's reelection Smith has reportedly been suffering more than a few sleepless nights.

They really thought they were safe.

With the Trump team monitoring the counts In minute detail this time round there was no chance of a second fixed election, and that is reportedly why Democrats have tried some many other ways of stopping Trump.  From Impeachments to Assassination attempts they really didn’t believe Trump would ever be in the White House again.

Reap what you sow.

The Democrats have let the genie out of the bottle.  Deciding to use Lawcraft to nobble your opponent was once the type of political tactics only found in dictatorships and third world countries, but now is accepted practice in the USA itself.   Democrats have been playing a dangerous game, and now they are about to face the consequences.

Trump's second term may just be the greatest period in US history as he finally drains the swamp.
