Advisors told the UK Government in July last year how in could get round the legal implications of mandatory vaccines.
The latest move by the Government to make everyone take the Covid jab is to claim that 'low numbers' of care workers have taken up the vaccine, though provided no evidence of this, thus setting the scene for making the vaccine compulsory for all those working in adult care homes.
In London, they claim only a quarter of staff who work in care homes have taken the vaccine, while the number is closer to half in other parts of the country, according to NHS figures. The Telegraph reports that in response, the government submitted a paper to the Covid-19 Operations Cabinet sub-committee last week suggesting mandatory vaccines for such workers. However, this follows a pattern of mandating things, whilst removing freedom of choice, so is far more likely to have been planned with the 'evidence' being contrived to fit the plan. The government also claimed that they had 'no plans' to issue covid passports, now these are accepted as an inevitability and only weeks away from being demanded everywhere.
Care Workers are only the beginning of moves to mandate the vaccination for all, they are seen as a 'test case' for the scheme. There are approximately 1.5 million people working in the UK care sector. Under government plans they will all be required to take the vaccine or face losing their jobs. The paper, written by the Department of Health and Social Care is titled ‘Vaccination as a condition of deployment in adult social care and health setting’, and notes that the government’s Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) suggests that 80% of workers need to be vaccinated for care homes to be deemed safe.
It reads “The Prime Minister and the Secretary of State [for Health] have discussed on several occasions the progress that is being made to vaccinate social care workers against Covid-19 and have agreed – in order to reach a position of much greater safety for care recipients – to put in place legislation to require vaccinations among the workforce.”
Once this has been pushed through the case for mandating everyone in health and social care will be bolstered. Doctors, Nurses, Porters, IT Workers and everyone who works for the NHS will be forced to take the vaccine, leading to council staff, teachers, police, fire fighters and beyond.
As we previously reported, forcing vaccines breaks both the Human Rights Act and the Nuremberg Code. The 'vaccines' are new and experimental with clinical trials not concluding until 2023, breaking the Nuremberg Code, a set of research ethics set out after the war to guard against human experimentation. The Code includes such basic rules as "The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential." "The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury." and "During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible." all of which are being ignored by the Government.
But the government's claim that they are only now considering these regulations is a lie. The UK Government have been planning compulsory Vaccination for ALL UK citizens from day 1 of the Pandemic. Vision News has discovered a Government document titled 'Compulsory vaccination for Covid-19 and human rights law dating back to July 2020 which concluded that 'Compulsory vaccination for Covid-19 was conducive with the Human Rights Act' and stated 'The law permits compulsory interference with bodily integrity under mental health law.' adding 'This derogation from the common law principle of no treatment without consent is compatible with the European Convention on Human Rights.
Most chilling of all it states:
'"if compulsory treatment under mental health law is compatible with human rights law, so too is compulsory vaccination. Importantly, the same protected interest—that in bodily integrity—is at stake in the two contexts the mental health parity argument compares."
