Globalists Use Lawfare to Stop Marine Le Pen Becoming French President

Lawfare

Marine Le Pen, the French politician who was on track to win the 2027 Presidential Election, has reportedly been found guilty of "embezzling EU funds." A judge sentenced Le Pen to four years in prison and banned her from running for political office for five years.

This ruling effectively eliminates Le Pen’s best chance of becoming France’s next president, keeping the country under the control of globalists—who have allegedly been behind her political downfall.

Le Pen is now barred from standing in the 2027 election after being conveniently banned from politics for five years. The National Rally (RN) leader received a four-year prison sentence, with two years to be served under house arrest—similar to the sentence given to Nelson Mandela. To further damage her political career, the judge also attempted to bankrupt Le Pen by imposing a €100,000 fine.

Le Pen has been accused of embezzling €4 million from EU funds. However, a closer look at the case suggests a different story. The alleged wrongdoing dates back more than eight years to her time as an MEP in the European Parliament. Court documents confirm that Le Pen never personally benefited from the funds, with the case hinging on what appears to be an accounting discrepancy. Prosecutors claim that she used EU-allocated money to finance her party’s national election campaign. Yet, for this supposed accounting error, Le Pen has been sentenced to four years in prison. As a result, she will be unable to run in the 2027 election—a race she was widely expected to win, according to several polls.

France’s legal system appears increasingly politicised, much like in the United States, where left-wing judges have been attempting to imprison Donald Trump over similar accounting issues..

Reaction from politicians around the world have been damning:

"France is sending le Pen to jail and barring her from running?! Are they just trying to prove (J.D. Vance) was right about everything?" - DONALD TRUMP JR, SON OF U.S. PRESIDENT
"The only reaction I can have as a former French president is to respect the independence of the judicial system ... Ms. Le Pen, like all the other convicted people, can go to the appeals court for even the ineligibility ruling." FRANCOIS HOLLANDE, SOCIALIST MP AND FORMER FRENCH PRESIDENT
"This ruling is clearly left-wing judicial activism. Wherever the right-wing is present, the left and the system will work to get their opponents out of the game." FORMER BRAZILIAN PRESIDENT JAIR BOLSONARO

But it was Elon Musk who summarised it best saying:

"When the radical left can't win via democratic vote, they abuse the legal system to jail their opponents. This is their standard playbook throughout the world."  ELON MUSK
