Elon Musk Looks to Take-On Twitter with a ‘Free Speech’ Alternative


“Am giving serious thought to this”


Speculation is rife that the world’s richest man, Elon Musk, is set to develop a platform that will directly take-on Twitter. But, unlike the toxic social media company, would champion free speech.


Last week, Musk expressed concern about “de facto bias in the Twitter algorithm” saying:

The Tesla CEO then sent out a poll on Friday asking people to respond to the question “Free speech is essential to a functioning democracy. Do you believe Twitter rigorously adheres to this principle?” Musk then added that the “consequences of this poll will be important,” and implored respondents to “Please vote carefully.”

The results were conclusive:

Musk also tweeted that the “Twitter algorithm should be open source,” prompting former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to respond:

On Sunday, when asked outright if he was making a new platform, Musk responded:

Twitter has become a platform so entrenched in left-wing ideology and the globalist agenda that nobody other than neo-marxists and those spounting Transwaffle now go anywhere near it. It is an echo chamber for the extreme left mob who are not just tolerated by Twitter, but actively encouraged to attack those not supporting the latest moronic wankfest. Elon Musk could change the entire social media landscape with such an App, so let's hope he does it.
