Anti-British Judge Uses Loophole to Let Gazan Families Settle in Britain

Writer: Philip JamesPhilip James
Gazans, an Islamic colony who tried to wipe Israel off the map and spectacularly failed, are coming to Britain

A family of Muslim migrants from Gaza have been granted the right to live in the UK  through a scheme meant for Ukrainian refugees, likely to be the first of many thousands.

The family of six is fleeing Gaza after an attempt by the Islamic colony to erase Israel off the map spectacularly failed.   The Judge found the loophole which is likely to see tens of thousands more from the failed state coming here.  The family claimed that they had a relative already staying in the UK, which turned out to be a brother who they hadn’t seen for over 15 years.   Just for good measure the Judge also used the human rights act saying that they had a 'right' to a family life' even though that does not mean at our expense.

The family had made their application through the Ukraine Family Scheme and the decision to accept their case came despite warnings by lawyers for the Home Office that it could open the floodgates to “the admission of all those in conflict zones with family in the UK”.

Chris Philp, the shadow home secretary, said the case showed changes to human rights laws were needed so that Parliament, not judges, controlled who could settle in the UK.

Suicidal decisions by left-wing judges

It is the latest in a series of suicidal decisions by immigration ‘tribunals’ and left wing activist judges, revealed by The Telegraph, which include the case of an Albanian criminal whose deportation was halted partly because of his young son’s aversion to foreign chicken nuggets.

Support for October 7th

It is not known if the family had supported the October 7th attacks that was the catalyst for their home being destroyed, but they are confirmed to be Muslim, from Gaza, and having had their house targeted by Israeli forces.  The family refused to comment on being granted shelter in Britain, nor did they feel the need to actually thank the British people for providing sanctuary.

Unbelievably, they applied using the Ukraine scheme’s form in January last year on the basis that it ‘best fitted’ their circumstances and that their situation was so “compelling and compassionate” that their application should be granted outside its rules.

The Ukraine Family Scheme, set up in March 2022, was specifically to allow Ukrainian nationals and their family members to come to the UK if they had a relative who was a British citizen or settled in the UK. Some 72,000 visas were issued before it closed last February

The family’s claim was initially rejected by an immigration tribunal on the basis that it was outside the Ukraine programme’s rules, and that it was for Parliament to decide which countries should benefit from resettlement schemes.

"A right to family life" (at your expense)

However, Judge Hugo Norton-Taylor, an upper tribunal judge, overturned the decision and granted the family an appeal, allowing them to come to the UK on the basis of their Article 8 right to a family life under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). A law that was meant for citizens of Europe again being wrongly applied to grant non-europeans the right to live here and avail themselves of the system they haven’t contributed to.  The clause "A right to family life" is often used, incorrectly, to justify their demands.

The judge claimed the rights of the individual family who were in an “extreme and life threatening” situation outweighed the “public interest” of the rules on entry to the UK, which were designed to limit resettlement schemes and control immigration.

This is not the first time that Norton-Taylor has ruled against the British people. His obvious left-wing bias presents a real threat to democracy as he routinely fines loopholes, technicalities and obscure 'reasons' for granting people leave to remain.

A suicidal decision

This opens the floodgates. It is likely that a large percentage of those from Gaza will come to Britain.   Even though Britain was fighting a de facto war against Gaza, Britain will still accept thousands of those from the losing side into the country.  We are about to import a group of people who actively hate us and everything we stand for.  Britain is blamed for Israel even existing by the Gazan people, inviting them in is suicidal.
